Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of ultrasonic tissue elastography in staging diagnosis of limbs deep vein thrombosis. Methods Conventional ultrasound diagnosis of 87 cases of limb deep vein thrombosis were included in the study. According to the starting time of the patient's symptoms, the patients were divided into acute thrombosis group,sub-acute thrombosis group and chronic thrombosis group. The thrombosis were evaluated by ultrasound elastography technology, and the strain ratio( B / A) between the muscle tissue around the vein and the thrombosis were calculated. The difference of the elastography score and the strain ratio between the groups was compared. Results In ultrasound elasticity image, the acute thrombosis was mainly red,the sub-acute thrombosis was mainly green, and the chronic thrombosis was mainly blue. The elastography score and the strain ratio of chronic thrombosis group and sub-acute thrombosis group were higher than those of acute thrombosis group. Compered to sub-acute thrombosis group, the elastography score and the strain ratio of chronic thrombosis group were higher. Conclusion Because the elastography score and the strain ratio in different periods of deep vein thrombosis are obviously different, ultrasound elastography technology can be used to evaluate the hardness change in different stages of the deep vein thrombosis,it has certain clinical significance in staging diagnosis of limbs deep vein thrombosis.
