Research of deep vein thrombosis in postoperative gynecologic oncology patients by color Doppler ultrasound

Abstract

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of patients with deep venous thrombosis after gynecologic oncology.Methods 112 cases of routine postoperative gynecologic oncology patients were observed by using ultrasound for the deep vein of form,structure,internal echo,color flow images and Doppler blood flow spectrum. Results There were 52 cases diagnosed of deep vein thrombosis(thrombosis group),and 60 cases were not found thrombosis(control group);52 cases of thrombosis group were peripheral thrombosis, and the incidence of thrombosis in the left legs was higher than in the right legs.They were significantly different(P 0.05).Compared the incidence of thrombosis in abdominal surgery and laparoscopic surgery,the difference was not statistically significant.Compared with the control group,the diameter of femoral vein and popliteal vein in thrombosis group was widened,and the flow velocity of femoral vein and popliteal vein in thrombosis group was reduced.They were significantly different(P0.05).Compared with the D-dimer testing,Color Doppler ultrasound had high sensitivity and specificity,and it could be an effective way to check deep vein thrombosis. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound can accurately assess postoperative gynecologic oncology patients with deep vein thrombosis,and it has high clinical value.
