Recurrent non-Hodgkin′s lymphoma application IEBP treatment of 35 patients

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the different cyclic amines,etoposide,bleomycin,prednisone regimen consisting of IEBP relapsed or refractory non-Hodgkin′s lymphoma(NHL) .Methods:Chose the 35 cases patients in our hospital from January 2007 to January 2010 were treated of relapsed or refractory non-Hodgkin′s lymphoma receiving the new program IEBP chemotherapy.In particular:different cyclic amines day 1.5 g/m2,ghost mortar etoposide 100 mg/day,act 3 days;Bleomycin 20mg/m2 given in 1 day,prednisone 30 mg/day,orally,given in 1-14 days.Treatment period of 21 days.4 cycles or more for complete evaluation of the efficacy and side effects observed.Results:In 35 patients had 14 cases complete remission(CR) and 9 cases partial remission(PR) .The total efficiency was 65.7%.The main side effects were neutropenia,bone marrow suppression,alopecia and gastrointestinal reactions.Patients were all resistant to subject.Conclusion:The IEBP is the treatment of relapsed or refractory non-Hodgkin′s lymphoma safe and effective rescue plan and worthy of further promotion.
