Abstract
The essence of regional economy is to take full advantage of the region, whereas the establishment of rational regional industrial structure is the crux. The criteria for the rationalization of the regional industrial structure are whether the regional industrial structure conforms to the regional advantage and the regional economic development as well as whether it is comprehensive and systematic. Based on this, this article appraises the regional industrial structure of East, Middle and West regions in China, and gives some personal suggestions about further optimization of the regional industrial structure respectively.
