Abstract

The court must be independent and neutral in the society,which is the premise and condition of the judicial justice.Comparing the usual standards that the United Nations has formulated about the court's judicial independence,we may find some insufficiencies in our Chinese court system,and Chinese court's system must carry on the reform to realize the judicial justice.
