Discussion on Approaches to Improve Judicial Credibility of People's Court

After the socialist law system with Chinese characteristics take place,upgrading the judicial credibility has become one of the important topics in impelling court judicial reform in the new stage.The people's court should follow judicial regular patterns and scientific layout with judicial justice as the uppermost law value to focus on upgrading the judicial credibility in the four aspects of quality building of the people's court team,judicial system reform,innovation of judicial mass line and propaganda of judicial knowledge.
