Research on the contemporary values of HUANG Yan-pei’s thought of "Generalized vocational education"

This paper analyzes the background,basic content and significance of the thought of Generalized vocational that put forward by Mr.HUANG Yan-pei.And then,it expounds the contemporary values of this thought from the following aspects:firstly,the vocational education should meet the demands from the different fields in society and develop with the society;Secondly,the vocational education should be with the characteristic of openness,which put the training of students’vocational skills in the first place;Thirdly,the vocational education should try the best to promote students’employment.
