Abstract
[Objective] To study the anti-inflammatory effect of Nasal Healing Spraying Agent(NHSA).[Methods] We used the model of auricular swelling reaction in mice,the rat paw edema model reaction,and the Cotton Ball Granuloma reaction in rat.The animals were designed into blank and positive control groups.[Results] The degree of swelling of mice auricle of blank control group was 12.05±1.52 mg;The degrees of the high dose group,middle dose group,low dose group were 3.42±3.32 mg,5.95±2.04 mg,10.30±1.75 mg respectively,and were significant in statistic analysis(P0.05 or P0.01);The rate of the right postal toes and ankle swelling of rat of the high dose group,middle dose group,low dose group were remarkably decreased 2 h after making inflammation,while the most significant was found at 4~6 h.They were statistically significant difference(P0.05 or P0.01) compared with the blank control group;The weight of granuloma in rats from the blank control group was 224.99 ±83.09 mg/100g weight;The weights of the high dose group,middle dose group,low dose group are 144.61±25.82 mg/100 g body weight,163.78±21.49 mg/100 g b.w.,210.42±69.60 mg/100 g b.w.respectively,and were significant statistically(P0.05).[Conclusion] NHSA could abate the degree of swelling of mice auricle and had anti-inflammatory effect.It could abate the rate of the right postal toes and ankle swelling of rat and had anti-inflammatory effect.It could inhibit the formation of cotton ball granuloma in rats and had anti-inflammatory effect.NHSA had immunoregulatory function.
