The Files Management of College Science and Research in Information Age

The increasingly higher demand on the file management in colleges and universities in information age has made the work more and more important in college administration management.After an objective analysis of the current conditions of files management in universities,some problems are obviously indicated in the paper,such as the archivists′ weak management awareness,unclear working aims,ambiguous files extent,illogical files collection,and the backward construction of information,etc.and some practical management strategies are put forward in the end.
