On information management of files at colleges and universities

In view of the situation and major problems in files management at colleges and universities, this article has proposed that we take necessary measures as quickly as possible to modernize the information management of files at colleges and universities. In addition, tactics to realize this aim has also been put forward, which include making the best use of the present chance of the development of colleges and universities, raising funds in many ways to carry key project of files construction, as well as using computer network technology to improve the information management of files and strengthening scientific researches and training of the file management personnel.
