Abstract
Agricultural infrastructure is regarded as the initial capital of rural economic development.It is urgent to introduce the private capital to invest in it.At the same time,the private capital has the ability to do so.This paper analyzes the restricting factors for the private capital to invest in agricultural infrastructure and put forward some concrete countermeasures.
