Abstract

The capital market and the capital management have the important functions in pushing forward agricultural industrialization and they include financing,improving management,improving efficiency of setting resources and dispersing risk,etc.Making use of the capital market and the capital management to push forward the agricultural industrialization effectively need to follow the correct way of thinking.Based on above analysis countermeasures are put forward and they include improving investment environment,cultivating the subject of the market and perfecting the capital management.
