Abstract
This article investigated the characteristics of uptaking and accumulation of 5 heavy metals (Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd、Cr)in 10 vegetables,Baoshan district,Shanghai.The results indicate that the content of heavy metals in leaf vegetables was higher than that of root vegetables and gourds. In terms of different tissues of vegetables,the content of heavy metals in leaves and stems was lower than that in roots.The accumulation sequence of heavy metals in the vegetables was CdZn,CuPbCr.The contant of Zn、Pb、Cr、Cd in many vegetables exceeded that of official tolerance,Cu excepted.
