Abstract
Aim:To study the effect of Trifoliumpratense Leguminosae extract(TLE) on activation and proliferation of mouse T lymphocytes in vitro. Methods: The effect of TLE on the side-effect and proliferation of the murine lymphocytes were estimated by MTT test;Double-fluorescent antibody staining plus flow cytometrics were used to detect CD69 expression;CFDA-SE staining plus flow cytometrics to analyze CD3+ T lymphocytes proliferation. Results: TLE can inhibit activation and proliferation of mouse T lymphocytes at the mass concentration of 10、20、30、40 mg/L,and TLE have little side-effect on mouse lymphocytes. Conclusion:TLE can inhibit the activation and proliferation of mouse T lymphocytes in vitro.
