Abstract
To investigate the influence of Trifolium pretense legumnosae extract(TLE) on the in vitro activation of mouse T lymphocytes, the mouse lymphocyte suspension was prepared under sterile condition and the effect of TLE on the expressions of the in vitro differential antigens CD69,CD25 and CD71 on T lymphocytes stimulated by ConA or PDB were analyzed by means of double-fluorescent staining plus flow cytometry. It was found that TLE at the mass concentration of 20,30 and 40 μg/ml showed marked inhibition on the expressions of CD69,CD25 and CD71 in T lymphocytes(P0.01).This result indicates that TLE exhibits suppressive role on the in vitro activation of T lymphocytes.
