Abstract
Ultrasonic extracting chlorogenic acid from honeysuckle is studied in this paper, while quantity of chlorogenic acid is measured by ultraviolent and visible spectrophotometry. The optimization method of extraction was determined in view of the rate of extraction and effect of sterilization. The result of experiment shows that compared with traditional water extraction and ethanol extraction, ultrasonic extraction is better in rate of extraction and doesn't have evident difference in MIC of chlorogenic acid, which is 250μg/g.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
