Abstract

The effects of different factors on Poria cocos protoplast preparation were studied with orthogonal design method. The experimental results showed that both the category of osmotic pressure stabilizer and the time of enzyme treatment acted on Poria cocos protoplast yields were the most distinct, and in the conditions of the mycelium enzyme cultivated for 5 days in 30 mg/L Lywallzyme and 20 mg/L Snailase at 30 ℃ for 1 hour with 0.6 mol/L sucrose as osmotic pressure stabilizer, the Poria cocos protoplast yield was the highest.
