The Clinical Effects of Curessd Wound Dressing in Treating Diabetes Mellitus Pedal Patients

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of curessd wound dressing in the treatment of diabetes foot.Methods 69 diabetes foot patients were selected,who were all type 2 diabetes.Patients were randomly divided into curessd wound dressing group(35 patients)and control group(34 patients).In addition to controlling blood sugar,controlling infection by antibiotics,supporting treatment,correcting anemia and hypoalbuminemia and wound routine treatment,curessd wound dressing group used curessd wound dressing and the control group also spread sterile gauze mask to the wound.Then observe the changes on plasma glucose and the wound healing.Results After treatment,the two groups′ blood glucose levels reduced significantly(P0.05).But the difference between the two groups was not significant(P0.05).After treatment,ulcer surface healing time of curessd wound dressing group((41.2±2.6)d) was significantly shorter((56.1±2.8)d) compared with the control group(P0.05);Efficacy of the curessd wound dressing group was significantly higher compared with the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Curessd wound dressing combined with intensive insulin treatment can accelerate the wounded face to match in diabetes mellitus pedal patients,and the time of the treatment can be remarkably shortened.It is a feasible way to cure the diabetes pedal patients through medical teratment.
