A Research on the Disciplinary Construction of "the Yellow River Science"

The research of Yellow River Science can be obviously divided into three stages:firstly proposed in the 1980's,further research in the early of 21st century,and new stage since 2009.The main subject of the science is the Yellow River and its basin and the affected zone.Its sub-disciplines should include principles of the science,natural science of the River,humanities and social science on the River,engineering science on the River,and integrated research of the Science.A lot of work of Research Center of Yellow River Civilization and Sustainable Development in Henan University had been done on establishing and researching on Yellow River Science and concludes that there are many fields to studythe Yellow River Sciencewith good significance.
