Analysis on the development state and problems of the water resources in the basins of Yellow River,Huaihe River and Haihe River

This paper analyzes the water resources states in the basins of Yellow River,Huaihe River and Haihe River,including the precipitation,surface water resources,groundwater resources,transfer water resources and total water resources.The water resources exploitation and utilization situations,such as the amount and structure of the water supply and water consumption,and the development level of regional water resources,are also analyzed in this paper.The problems of the current water resources in the three basins are detected,and some improving measures are proposed.This paper also analyzes the impact of the south-north water transfer project on these basins and makes some policy suggestions.The study on the development state and problems of water resources in the three basins provides a reference for the water resources management in these regions.
