Abstract

Objective To explore the changes of coagulation function in the patients with sepsis of postoperative and find a new diagnostic and treating way for clinical doctors. Methods 57 patients were divided into 2 groups:sepsis group and non-sepsis group according to the criteria for the selection of sepsis. The sepsis group included 37 patients and non-sepsis group included 20 patients.Control group included 20 healthy adults.37 sepsis patients were divided into survival group and death group according to their prognosis.Levels of platelet(PLT),prothrobin time(PT),thrombin time(TT),activated partial thomboplastin time(APTT),fibrinogen(Fbg)and D-dimer(DD)were measured in all the patients and health adults. Results Levels of PT,TT,APTT and DD were higher in sepsis group than those in non-sepsis group and control group(P0.05).Levels of PLT and Fbg were lower in sepsis group than those in non-sepsis group and control group(P0.05).In sepsis group,APTT was prolonged,PLT was decreased and DD was elevated obviously in the death group(P0.05).Conclusions There are dysfunctions of coagulation function in the patients with sepsis. The patients' PLT,APTT and DD are associated with the prognosis and severity of sepsis and restoration of disrupted coagulation pathway may improve the prognosis of sepsis.
