Abstract
Recently,Organizational Identification/Organizational Identity has been a hot topic in the study of organizational behavior and managerial psychology.It studies the congruence between members and the certain organization.Its social background is that a lot of organizational changes take place every day in modern society meanwhile the individual subject consciousness has been improved a great deal.In the West,most of the studies discuss both Organizational Identification and Organizational Identity while Wang Yanbin in our country integrates these two definitions into one.In fact,all these focus on the fact that the members of a certain organization keep consistent with the organization in order to fulfill its goal.
