Abstract
Objective To discuss the relationship between different positive types of anti-ENA antibodies and their antinuclear antibodies(ANA) in human serum. Methods Using HEP-2 cells and primate liver(FA 1510-1010-1,from Euroimmun) as antigen substrates,to analyze 323 patterns of the anti-ENA antibodies and their positive antinuclear antibodies of 304 patients′ serum. Results There was no relationship between positive types of anti-ENA antibodies and their antinuclear antibodies(ANA) in human serum. Conclusion The immunofluorescent patterns of ANA can not be used to conclude the types of anti-ENA antibodies.
