After the Bridge Tympanoplasty Analysis on the Effect of Treatment of Chronic Suppurative Otitis Media and Mastoiditis

Objective End evaluation of bridge tympanum angioplasty in the treatment of chronic suppurative otitis media and mastoiditis.Method 50 patients with chronic suppurative otitis media in August 2010 to 2011 year in January my courtyard department of ENT treatment as the clinical observation of the object of study,select the patients finished the bridge tympanoplasty operation,observe the operation results,six months follow-up for all patients,were observed before and after operation.Result Selected patients with dry ear time is 3-6 weeks,patients with operation was successful in 40 cases,the success rate of operation was 80%,postoperative hearing compared with those before operation,significantly increased,with statistical significance(P0.05).Conclusion After the bridge tympanoplasty can be effective in the treatment of chronic suppurative otitis media and mastoiditis,improve their listening,is worthy of clinical use.
