Abstract

The construction of learning-oriented organizations is the foundation work for constructing a learning party which is significant for the great cause with Chinese characteristics and the new great party construction.Exploring and researching are the main characteristics of learning-oriented organizations which can guide and help us to understand and construct learning-oriented organizations.
