Reconsidering the Construction of Learning-oriented University Party Organizations in New Period and the Corresponding Measures

The construction of learning-oriented party organizations in universities is of great significance in cultivating the party members in integrated development,strengthening the party organizations and promoting better and faster development of higher education.There are several shortcomings in constructing learning-oriented university party organizations,such as insufficient understanding,sole learning style,less effective,etc.Therefore,this paper puts forward some corresponding measures,including deepening understanding,creative methods,rule-based system,etc.
