In this article from the view of society in sociology,dangerous criminal is the result that criminal law provides pre-protection for society,from the angle of prevention theory the existence and limits of dangerous criminal is the requirements of general prevention,through the criminal policy,the existence of dangerous criminal contains its reasonability but exists concern also.The punishment for dangerous criminal reflects the purpose of maintaining norms in current criminal law.
