Abstract
Objective To observe the impact of embryo fragmentations on pregnancy. Methods Relationship between homogeneous embryo fragmentations with pregnancy rate was retrospectively analyzed among women underwent in vitro fertilization(IVF) or intracytoplasmic sperm injection(ICSI). Results Massive embryo fragmentations and number of embryos per transfer significantly influenced the pregnancy and implantation rate. Conclusion Better quality of embryo and less number of embryos per transfer are important in increasing the pregnancy rate in IVF.
