Abstract

Based on a contrastive analysis among perspectives from organization theory and organizational form theory,we come to the conclusion that the dynamic theory integration of organization theory is coming at the dawn of 21 century.In this paper,we chose three dimensions,i.e.,open/closed system,micro/macro,static descriptive/dynamic normative.To confirm the conclusion,we contrast the results from organizational form theory.Then,we come to a concept framework for the dynamic integration of organization theory.
