Abstract
Objective To study the clinical influence of low molecular weight heparin in patients with IPF.Methods 31 cases of IPF patients were divided into 2 groups: non-anticoagulant group was given 0.5 mg/kg Methylprednisolone Tablets daily, one month, reduced daily 0.25 mg/kg later,2 months, reduced to daily 0.125 mg/kg or 0.25 mg/kg every other day.Anticoagulation group was given low molecular weight heparin 5 000 U/d,iH,two weeks.Age,the mean dyspnea score, arterial blood gas analysis and D-dimer of HGF were detected. Results ①HGF increased in anticoagulant group after treatment, higher than non-anticoagulant group, there was statistically significant.②D-dimer level in anticoagulant group reduced after treatment, less than non-anticoagulant group, there was a statistically significant difference.③There was not significant PaO2,P(A-a)O2 and SpO2 before and after treatment in non-anticoagulant group(P 0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in anticoagulant(P 0.05).④Dyspnea scores in anticoagulant treatment was reduced after treatment, there was a significant difference before and after treatment(P 0.05).The score was lower than non-anticoagulant group, there was a significant difference(P 0.05).Conclusion Conventional treatment with low molecular weight heparin in patients with IPF increases the level of HGF,reduces the hypercoagulable state,PaO2,P(A-a)O2,SpO2 and clinical symptoms have been significantly improved and has good effect for patients with IPF.
