Abstract
Objective To explore the correlation between the cell cycle and the apoptosis of J774 cells induced by pseudomonas aeruginosa. Methods J774 cells as the model in vitro, and mixed to cell-free supernatant from pseudomonas aeruginosa at a concentration of 15%,after 3 h,6 h,9 h of incubation in 37 ℃ bain-marie.The rate of apoptosis were determined with Giemsa's staining. The cell cycle and the apoptosis of J774 cells induced by Pseudomonas aeruginosa were detected by flow cytometry. Results In the 3 h groups, very few apoptotic cells were observed.J774 cells exposed to paeruginosa underwent rapid apoptosis. This effect was positively correlated with exposure time. There was a higher proportion of G1 phase cells,a lower proportion of S phase cells during the entire healing process all P0.05.Conclusions J774 cells could be induced to apoptosis by the cell-free supernatant from pseudomonas aeruginosa in a time-dependent manner.Treatment of J774 cells with the cell-free supernatant from pseudomonas aeruginosa caused the cells to accumulate in the G1 phase of cell cycle.
