The Rising of Central China and the Strategic Choice of Agricultural Development in Central China

The strategic position of agriculture in the rising of Central China is not engine or the major developmental goal but the basis of economic rising.Therefore,the agricultural development in Central China should be guided by making full use of the favorable conditions,seeking supports from other economic fields,strengthening the commercial development of regional specialty agriculture,and developing the labor-intensive agriculture.In addition,the distribution of agriculture should be divided into three sections,i.e.national food security strategy agriculture,commercial agriculture with regional features,and labor-intensive modern agriculture,and every section should have its own focus.To support the agricultural development of Central China,the government should carry out the system innovation in the fields such as the mechanism of food production compensation and interest co-ordination,pattern of financial and banking support for agriculture,mode of organizing operation,and industrialization of agriculture.
