Quality Control of Purchasing Books by Public Bidding in University Library

Abstract

Carrying out public bidding in book purchasing is an effective measure to standardize book purchasing behavior and prevent from grafting corruption,But it also brought about the new problems to the library collection of books construction at the same time.This article analyzed the major problems in purchasing books by public bidding in university library and put forward some countermeasures about quality control.
