Abstract

The pattern of purchasing books has changed by public bidding.In this paper,the SWOT method is used to analyse purchasing books by public bidding in university libraries.Discusses how to change the disadvantages into advantages in purchasing books by bidding in order to seize the opportunity to meet the challenge.
