Abstract

Based on the current situation of military equipment logistics and the demand for social logistics resources,the paper proposes to build up a set of scientific application mechanism to plan,organize,manage and test the social logistics resources in order to ensure the resources to bring the greater support benefit into play in military equipment logistics during the war.
