Discussion on Problems Related to Military Logistics

The paper deals with the relationship between modern logistics and military logistics and analyzes the present state of logistics in Chinese army as well.The problems,which include the overlapping logistical agencies,the splitup of specialization,the lack of corresponding system for training and using the logistics personnel,and the sluggish logistics technology,have converted into sizable barriers for the growth of the logistics in our army.It is necessary to train the logistics talent team in army,to actively develop and employ advanced technology,to constantly optimize the military logistics system,and to set up scientific evaluation system.At the same time,the military logistics and the local logistics should be combined flexibly to realize the collaborative development between them and improve the efficiency of this field.
