Abstract

Vibrio alginolyticus was separated and sublimated from the liver and the spleen of sick Pseudosciaena crocea, it was validated that was the germ causing Vibrio alginolyticus disease by the recursive infection experiment. The germ is accord to the physiology and biochemistry characteristic of Vibrio alginolyticus using ATB Expression made by bio-merieux to appraise the germs. The research result express: the infectious way of pathogenic germs of cultured Pseudosciaena crocea with Pseudosciaena crocea disease is mainly infecting the inside by wound from the water, the infection rate is 60%.The growth of pathogenic germs is very quick at 30℃ and slow at 20℃, not grow at 10℃, the pathogenic germs are sensitivity to seven kinds medicine such as florfenicol achcomycin and AC-SPM etc.
