Abstract
On the base of the selection and artificial mutagenesis for some antagnism actionomyces to pathogens Vibrio alginolyticus and V. parahaemolyticus of large yellow croaker Pseudosciaena crocea, four actinomyces 002,00210, 018070405 and 018070409 were chosen to investigate their antibiotic range and antagnism to above the two Vibrio by both agar lump and meat solution method. The results showed that all the 4 selected actinomyces could evidently inhibit the growth of the two pathogenic Vibrios, their antibiotic ranges seemed narrow on agar lump, and the antagnism, i.e. inhibitory activities, to these pathogenic strains in meat solution displayed relatively stronger.
