Abstract
[Objective] Optimization of the extraction techniques of the total flavonoids from chestnut shell by response surface methodology.[Method] Fixed solid-liquid ratio were 1∶20,Ethanol concentration, extraction temperature and time were chosen as the response factors, extraction rat of total flavonoids were chosen as response value, response surface analysis implemented by three factors and three levels, mathematical model was established, and the optimum technological conditions were obtained.[Result] The optimum technological conditions of extracting the total flavonoids of chestnut shell by response surface methodology were:ethanol concentration were 46%,extraction temperature was 50 ℃,extraction time was 3 h.Under this optimal conditions, the yield of total flavonoids which extracted 2 times was 19.66%.[Conclusion] Laid a foundation for popularized effects of chestnut shell.
