Abstract
In education for ethnic minorities,the need for respect is the high-level need of education receivers.It is the basis of accomplishing the need for self-realization and the important factor to be taken into consideration in designing and implementing ethnic education.Respect is a dynamic development process and an active identification of harmonious development of multi-cultures.Through analysis of the connotation of respect,we can deepen our understanding of the significance of adhering to the development concept of equality and diversityin ethnic education.
