Abstract
Objective:To observe the effects of Jianxin mixture on the coronary blood flow of the rat isolated hearts and microcirculation of the mouse auricle. Methods:Langendorf was applied to the isolated heart perfusion to determine the coronary blood flow under constant temperature and pressure. The coronary blood flow, heart rate, contractility and the microcirculation of the mouse auricle were observed before and after the application of the drug. Results:The drug significantly increased the coronary blood flow and contractility of the isolated heart, and the heart rate was decreased. The small arteries and veins were dilated and blood capillary was largely opened. Conclusion: Jianxin mixture can improve the microcirculation by increasing the coronary flood flow, heart contractility and decreasing the heart rate.
