Abstract
In the light of the construction of the new districts growing vigorously in China, this paper probes into the dynamic mechanism for the occurrence of such phenomenon from the angle of the economics, analyzes on the necessity of the construction of the new districts in our country's urbanization, and puts forward six suggestions for the development and construction of the southern part of Taiyuan on the macroscopic level.
