The Integration of Urban and Rural Education System: Consensus and Problems

The integration of urban and rural education has been put forward in view of the dual structure of urban and rural education.To promote and realize the integration of urban and rural education,work must be from breaking barriers of urban and rural education system mechanism,which has basically reached a consensus in academia.However,about which problem can be solved by the institution and what kind of institution indeed we need there are?major differences?in academia.The dual structure of urban and rural education has three characteristics:the development of urban and rural education gap;the segmentation and closeness between urban and rural education;a single flow the cityof high quality major education resources.According to the three characteristics,the system of the integration of urban and rural education system can be carried out from three aspects:institution of eliminating the gap, institution of eliminating the barriers,guarantee system.
