Abstract
The integration of urban and rural education is the key of decreasing the differences in urban and rural and promoting the urban and rural integration.In the basis of expounding the connotation and the theory of integration of urban and rural education,the index system is constructed,including the opportunity of urban and rural education,the deploying of education resource,the integration of education quality and education achievement,in order to evaluate the present situation of integration of urban and rural education accurately.
