Abstract
Objective To investigate the change of TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6 and IL-10 in the plasma of patients after severe multiple injury and to explore the clinical significance. Methods Concentration of TNF-α in the plasma of patients was determined by radiommunoassay and IL-1β,IL-6 and IL-10 in the plasma were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) at day 1,3,5,10,15 post-injury.Control group was observed simultaneously. Results Concentration of TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6 and IL-10 were obviously increased after the injury,TNF-α and IL-1β were returned normal, but IL-6 and IL-10 were still in the high levels after two weeks. Conclusion TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6 and IL-10 were involved in the pathological process of multiple injury and might have relevant with the severe of injury.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
