Abstract

[Objective] To explore the diagnostic value of Color Doppler Flow Imaging ultrasound(CDFI)combined with atherosclerosisto in detection of the carotid stenosis.[Methods] CDFI combined with atherosclerosisto was taken to detect 115 patients with carotid stenosis and 120 health people.[Results] Among 115 patients with carotid stenosis, the mild and moderate carotid artery stiffness were 34.7% and 26.1%,respectively.When compared with the health people, there was signif-icant difference.Among 115 patients detected by CDFI,206 carotid arteries were found on IMT,and 132 sides had hypere-choic plaque, also systolic phase blood flow rate and diastasis blood flow rate showed increased.Among health people, the indexes of 238 carotid arteries showed normal.[Conclusion] CDFI combined with atherosclerosisto could be a comprehensive detection method, and atherosclerosisto could evaluate the stiffness of carotid artery, and CDFI could correctly determine the degree and location of carotid stenosis.
