Study on the Role of White Rot Fungi in Straw Utilization

Abstract
The enzyme system of white rot fungi for lignin degradation was reviewed.It was expounded that the mixed fermentation of white rot fungi and other microorganism could degrade lignin of straw and increase the protein content in the fermented feeds.After the straw was fermented by using edible fungi among white rot fungi,germ bran could be taken as the high-quality feeds for ruminant.
