Abstract
The paper introduced the study of using white-rot fungi to degrade lignin and cellulose of maize straw. By studying the changing regularity of lignin and cellulose, the suitable pretreatment condition of maize straw degrading by white-rot fungi has been determined. In order to produce marsh gas quickly with maize straw as material, the degrading cycle is 14 days, the ratio of solid to liquid is 1 9 in the pretreatmernt process.
