Students' Tacit Knowledge and Teaching Strategies for Its Figuring Out

There exists the students' tacit knowledge in the field of education. However, the present research focus is mainly on teachers, students' tacit knowledge should also be strategically put on the agenda. In the paper, it is explained that students' tacit knowledge is the kind of possible curriculum resources to be developed, and its figuring out can make it become actual curriculum resource, which is the purpose and core of its exploration. There are four teaching strategies to figure out the students' tacit knowledge: 1.make a democratic, relaxed, harmonious atmosphere; 2. create situations to put forward the questions or events; 3. lead students into study activities; 4.encourage students to converse and self-introspect.
