Tacit Knowledge:A Special Visual Angle of Teacher Education

Tacit Knowledge is relative in terms of explicit knowledge,that is only can do,unspeak-able, the empirical knowledge.Entire body of knowledge in the human world,tacit knowledge is even more fundamental than explicit knowledge.Of teacher education activities,there is a lot of tacit knowledge,but in the specific activities of teacher education has been neglected a lot of tacit knowledge,which also contributed to the problem of teacher education activities,an important reason for low efficiency.Tacit knowledge-based theory,to achieve the efficiency of teacher education,we must achieve tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge,collaboration,we must re-examine the important value of practical teaching.
